At the same time, global technology consulting firms operate at price points that are inaccessible to most African enterprises and at a cultural distance that limits their effectiveness.

Throughout his career, Tombara has successfully led the design and delivery of enterprise platforms, ERP initiatives, mobility solutions, fintech products, and SaaS applications — combining strategic product management with strong technical leadership. His expertise spans digital transformation, product strategy, enterprise architecture, agile delivery, and organizational technology consulting.

Under his leadership, Horyn Technology partners with businesses to transform ideas into sustainable digital solutions by combining business strategy, user-centered product design, and modern software engineering.

Melvina Ugochukwu

Product Manager

Melvina is a Product Manager with experience leading the planning, development, and delivery of digital products/services across technology and social impact sectors. She works at the intersection of user needs, business strategy, and cross-functional execution, helping teams transform ideas into products that solve meaningful problems and create measurable impact.

Melvina has collaborated with designers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product strategy, write product requirements, prioritize features, and guide products from concept to launch. Her expertise spans product strategy, agile product development, roadmap planning, stakeholder management, and process optimization, with a strong focus on building intuitive, scalable products that deliver lasting value for both users and businesses.

Olatubora Felix

Olatubora Felix Olawole is a Full Stack Engineer with over six years of experience building scalable, high-performance web applications and digital products. At Horyn, he leads the development and maintenance of frontend and backend systems, working closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver secure, reliable, and user-focused solutions that support business growth.

Throughout his career, Felix has designed and implemented modern web applications, architected backend systems, built scalable APIs, and optimized application performance across diverse technology stacks. His expertise spans full stack web development, frontend engineering with React, Next.js, and TypeScript, backend development using Laravel and Node.js, database design and management.
